Last Friday I went out again with some more people. We started by having dinner at a place called Les Olive Garden. Don’t confuse this with the Italian restaurant though, it is much different as everything is obviously Indian food. I didn’t wuss out this time, however, and I got the Tandoori chicken. Wow, it was a lot spicier than the Tandoori chicken I had at an Indian restaurant at Purdue. It was also spicier than any Mexican food that I’ve ever had as well, and I’ve had some spicy Mexican food.

After dinner we walked 400 meters to a place called “Planet X.” At first we thought it was just going to be what the Indians call a “Disc”, but it turned out to be much more. There were go-karts, putt-putt, bowling, billiards, food, and the dance club/bar. We didn’t have enough time for anything else besides the club, since we have a midnight curfew on the weekends, but I will hit up those go-karts eventually.

The club was small and loud. It had an Egyptian theme for some reason and was called Hookah. It, of course, had many hookahs scattered inside around the small dance floor. It is also fun to watch as around 50 men try to dance with the few (around 6) women that actually came along. All was fun though and everyone seemed to have a nice time. There was a Frenchman in attendance, however, who thought one of us Americans was checking out his girl and decided to headbutt my colleague. It turns out that the Frenchman was in town for some yoga conference.
